Platform to share scientific resources and advances to enable better allergy treatment
EAACI, the largest European association for allergy and immunology with more than 13.000 members (2021), faced challenges due to diverse stakeholders, limited communication, and a complex, outdated website. The goal was to create a new website facilitating scientific communication and education. The outcome included a revamped corporate website showcasing events and a Knowledge Hub housing comprehensive scientific resources.

Self-service hospitality needs bigger focus on their customers
In self-services, focusing on customer needs is crucial. For a hospitality client, we improved the customer journey and business positioning. The main challenges were mismatched expectations, digital key access issues, and poor customer support. Our solutions included better communication, flexible booking, and enhanced customer service with a chatbot and faster responses. These changes improved customer experiences and business positioning.
